Aquatic Movement
A series of rehabilitation movements and free-form movements while immersed in water. The fluid nature of water with its lessening of gravity and increased buoyancy free the body to help restore inherent fluid flow. Utilizing gentle unwinding, fluid dancing, and expressive movements, moving in water is an essential way to renew and re-create your body.
Aquatic Meditation
Reframe your meditation practice as an exploration and immersion into the flow of life rather than a way to achieve stillness. Water is always inviting us to shape-shift and transform. Recognizing and discovering your true and ever present aquatic nature is the primary focus for this practice.
