Aquatic Bodywork
Aquatic Bodywork is a massage and structural bodywork received while floating and immersed in 97 degree warm water. The warm water provides a dynamic, nurturing, and supportive environment for tissue release and body renewal.
As our bodies were created in the warm water inside of the womb space, our cells remember this environment as a powerful way to grow and transform. This vital method invites us to dissolve old pathways and create new ways of being.
A typical session lasts for one hour. Great care is taken to address any past traumas or current issues that hold one back from fully embodying your ultimate self.
Aquatic Movement
A series of rehabilitation movements and free-form movements while immersed in water. The fluid nature of water with its lessening of gravity and increased buoyancy, free the body to help restore inherent fluidity. Utilizing gentle unwinding, fluid dancing, and expressive movements, moving in water is an essential way to renew and re-create your body.
Aquatic Meditation
Reframe your meditation practice as an exploration and immersion into the flow of life rather than a way to achieve stillness. Water is always inviting us to shape-shift and transform. Recognizing and discovering your true and ever present aquatic nature is the primary focus for this practice.
