Underwater Photography

I am fascinated and intrigued by underwater photography! To my eye, it is a highly skilled and tricky process to render a stunning image of a model underwater. The position of the light source, the clarity of the water, and the necessity for air-breathing for model and photographer. Then there is the challenge of composition, draping or floating fabric, and to have the model look like they are relaxed and happy to be a human underwater.

I saw this image on an Instagram page, @carolinewfineart for Caroline White Photography. She is very skilled and I’m loving the images she captures. It would be a dream of mine to have this level of fine artistry for photographing or videoing my “Way of Water” aquatic bodywork sessions with clients. It would be a powerful visual reference and reminder for how profound and life altering their experience of aquatic bodywork was.
